Poor record with high round defensive draft picks

Hasn't had elite success without Elway, despite his reputation as a QB developer.

Eats babies


Given the Pro\Con list above, do you think Shanahan is the right coach to mentor and develop RGIII to lead this team?

On one hand, you can rely on Shanny to provide a decent O line and HB play, Giving RG some room to develop, and lessen his responsibilities somewhat.

On the other hand, he does eat babies. I think a viable solution is to discourage Redskins player and personnel from having babies. Out of sight, out of mind, as they say.
