Pros:
Has world class speed, comparable to Reggie Bush in this regard. Displays good vision: not just an athlete playing RB. Lets his blocking develop, cuts to daylight, and is impossible to catch from behind. Capable runner between the tackles and in short yardage. Has good balance and can break a few tackles. A nightmare in the open field. Does a good job catching the ball out of the backfield. Can be a force returning kicks. Cons:
May not be a feature back in the NFL, at least at first. Will need to get a bit bigger and stronger to be a complete back at the next level. Benefitted from defenses keying on McFadden, but the same can be said in reverse. Needs to improve his blocking. Will need to mature physically and mentally to be a star in the NFL.
